I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to you and to tell you about the special service I perform.
My name is Norma Moutal. I am a licensed, registered Wedding Officiator, Ordained Interfaith Minister, Spiritual Counselor and Ceremony Consultant with over twenty years experience.
I acknowledge and honor all faiths; practices and traditions while creating beautiful customized ceremonies for all life celebrations and transitions. The tasteful creation of each ceremony calls upon my experience, education and training. My studies of world religion, comparative theology, psychology, journalism, human relations, ritual and healing ceremonies provide me with a solid foundation and inspiration.
My positions as a banquet manager and wedding consultant enhance my ability to coach my clients to anticipate and accept the joys and the stresses that occur as they prepare for their special day. I work very closely and establish a warm, open and friendly relationship with each couple, paying careful attention to each and every detail. I send a letter of introduction and a specific outline to each wedding facility prior to the ceremony. Every wish is carefully noted, honored and communicated.
I specialize in creating individualized, meaningful, and romantic ceremonies. I write and perform civil ceremonies, non-denominational ceremonies, same faith ceremonies (Jewish or Christian), interfaith, intercultural and same sex commitment ceremonies. Since I customize each wedding ceremony, I include only as much spirituality, tradition and religion as you desire. My services also include writing and performing commitment ceremonies, anniversaries and vow renewal ceremonies. My expertise in dealing with life’s transitions includes creating and performing meaningful, personalized funeral services, memorials and unveiling ceremonies. In addition, I am called upon to officiate at baby naming and baby blessing ceremonies.
My office is Located in Rockland County, New York. I service the Tri State Area, Hudson Valley, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, Connecticut, Long Island and the New York Metropolitan area. In addition, I am available to travel to other locations, states and destinations.
